[Resolved] Does True Image Home 2012 boot media see Dell Optiplex 390 hard drives?

Thread needs solution

I have recently upgraded to a new Dell Optiplex 390 and my old copy of TrueImage 2010 apparently doesn't have drivers for the newer Intel controller.

I would be happy to upgrade to True Image 2012 since I realize 2010 is no longer supported, but before I do, I would like confirmation that it's boot media will see the drives on the Optiplex 390.

Going through the forums here, I see a lot of people complaining since November about this issue EVEN ON THE 2012 version, and nowhere do I see a post that confirms that the drivers for the boot media have been updated. There has been some mention of development builds that you can only get an email download link for.

All this seems rather mysterious. Would a company rep please confirm whether or not the boot media in 2012 supports this computer?

Thanks.
