ATIH 2012 - peek error and server not available

Thread needs solution

I have not had a good backup online in two weeks and support from Acronis is expired. Log says "failed to peed datat from SSL connection", and it retries and then finally fails. I try to go to the Acronis backup site and delete my backup and start over thinking I may have a bad data base. I get a "storage server is not available" error and now I dead in the water with no help unless I pay for it. Bad news!!! Has anyone got any ideas.. Mike
