Thread needs solution

I have backup problem, the log showed "The operation was interrupted due to a problem with network connection to the required file" but don't know what should do. Anyone can help?

Welcome to Acronis user forums! Would share more details about your environment:

  • What data are selected for backup? Local drives or network shares?
  • What is the target location?

If you are backing up to an external USB-storage, it could go offline depending on the power settings.

Hi Ekaterina,

Acronis 11.7 is using and running on a Windows 2000 server. Backup the local c: drive to a directlly attached tape HP Ultrium 5-SCSI Z65W (HUE3380TYE).

Now the backup job always have problem (one week two to three days have same problem)

Please help.

After Tape 'GLDWF01_DAILY_MON_D' is selected.

Then show Trying to reestablish network connection...

After retries then show
