Won't be able to use smb share to write backup to

I encountered the same situation in use acrions backup，and my backup storage is NAS DELL DR4000, the backup storage full write/read for everyone. And I don't know how to solve it .My env is chinese , The 800 Enigneer not support except for Hk、Taiwan. I somebody can help me slove it.

The Z driver is BackupStorage DELL DR4000

Fedor , I try use UNC path to backup , but it still not work .

I direct access to the \ \ 172.80.40.100 \ backup is OK, But when I try backup file to share storage ,it is failed

My backup environment is like this, I have a ABR11.5 backup server installed on Windows server 2008R2, there are seven Esxi 5.1 server, and all firewall is turned off. Backup storage is a DELL DR4000, through the backup server via UNC path to access DELL DR4000 is OK.
On the backup server ping all ABR Agent is OK, all licenses are correct and have been assigned to each Esxi host.
And I add Credentials ， Still the same error 。

Now it looks like a misspelling --loc=\\172.80.40.100\ba*KC*up ( in previous times you used --loc=\\172.80.40.100\backup )

Then , you wrote

Backup & Recovery 11.5 doesn't have such component. If you meant 'Storage Node' and intended to use managed vault, you should not psss the storage location as a --loc parameter. You need to create a managed vault first, and use its name in --loc parameter (or use bsp scheme - bsp::/// like when working from bootable media)
