cannot connect to management server (11639)

Thread needs solution

Hi, I've just installed ABRAW10 build 11639 install sucessfully, when I try to login to management server I get error (see screenshot)
I am running windows 7 64
I uninstalled the old build before installing 11639, need some help please with resololving thanks

This error could've been caused by different reasons, so this situation requires investigation. Could you please gather the following information? 

  1. Acronis Info from the problem machine
  2. Windows System Information

Hi Thanks for the reply, I have solved this already.
I used Revo Uninstaller to completely remove Acronis BR10AW then did a manual search to remove left over folders and accounts created by Acronis, rebooted and reinstalled ABR10AW build 11639, It installed with out errors I updated my Agent machines and imported them to management server, all is working A ok.
ps I di try using Acronis cleanup utility before I used Revo Uninstaller but didn't work.
