Unable to Create Recovery Disc using Media Builder - Error E01F20026

Whenever I run Media Builder I get an E01F20026 error. Like all things Acronis, the help file, like their timed support, is hopeless in helping resolve this issue and in fact the Media Builder documentation itself is not of any assistance. Maybe you're supposed to absorb how Media Builder works, but so far I haven't. My support expired in June and having never used it, I'm not really impressed. Could somebody tell me what the magic 'key' is that you're supposed to enter and what does the above error mean - support is supposed to be able to provide an answer, but as there is no support I'm in a rowboat in the middle of the ocean without any oars.
