Whenever I run Media Builder I get an E01F20026 error. Like all things Acronis, the help file, like their timed support, is hopeless in helping resolve this issue and in fact the Media Builder documentation itself is not of any assistance. Maybe you're supposed to absorb how Media Builder works, but so far I haven't. My support expired in June and having never used it, I'm not really impressed. Could somebody tell me what the magic 'key' is that you're supposed to enter and what does the above error mean - support is supposed to be able to provide an answer, but as there is no support I'm in a rowboat in the middle of the ocean without any oars.

Is there anything else in this error message? Error code alone means an internal error occurred during license checking. If you use license server, check its availability and licenses on it. If license server is OK or not used, and downloading bootable media .ISO file from your account is not an option (e.g. for building WinPE-based media) you can either try to repair installation or install media builder alone without other components on some other computer and enter licenses after launching media builder.
