Unable to find previous backups from public cloud

Thread needs solution

I have an ACI and configured it to connect to a public cloud, yesterday I removed the ACI storage location from Acronis Management Server and then added the ACI storage back, but I can't see the previous backup files from AMS, Can anyone have an idea?

Could you please tell us if the issue was resolved?

If not please perform the following troubleshooting steps:

- Refresh the vault manually ( Top right corner ).

- Create a test backup plan and execute a test backup to that cloud storage

( if you already have plans configured to the cloud you can just run manually one of those, no need to create a testing plan ).

- After executed and finished the backup, please check if the old backups re-appear. ( refresh again manually the vault ).
