In Acronis 15 All Tapes are showing Offline

Thread needs solution

Hello Acronis,

I have Acronis15 where I attached Tape Library MSL 3040.

I did the full inventory from Tape its getting successful, but while Rescanning in Acronis all tapes are showing offline.

getting error, putting the log error here down: Attached the screenshot as well.

 

No Acronis backups has been found on the tapes that you selected.
