Hi,

Has anyone had this problem when trying to create a backup of the MS Exchange Info Store?

Once I've connected to the exchange server via the console I just get a little window that appears, saying "Processing, please wait..." and it doesn't disappear, and I can't create a backup of the info store.

What is causing this issue?

I'm glad to inform you that we have already an article describing this issue and solution for it. Please kindly follow the instructions mentioned here. I would also suggest you to turn off the encryption on the Agent machine.

Should the issue persist, please gather

  1. Acronis Recovery for MS Exchange logs
  2. Build number of the product you're using
