Failed to start multicast + fail to connect to file server

Unfortunately it's hard to say what exactly is wrong, so this situation requires investigation. Please gather the following information: 

1. OS Deploy Server logs
2. Wireshark
3. Acronis Info from the machine with OS Deploy Server and Management Console

After that please kindly contact support directly with the information attached. Keep in mind that should there be any procrastination with the reply, you can always specify us the case number. We will do our best to speed up the process.

I have checked the case's state and can see that it was already escalated to the Experts team. Currently it has "Open" status - that means that it's being worked on, and Experts are busy with reproducing the problem.

I have sent them a speed-up request, so they should update you with the latest news regarding the issue.
