Snap Deploy doe not recognize NIC or HD on new HP laptop

I'm running build #3329 and am trying to deploy an image

I've tried both PXE booting snap deploy and the stand alone utility. Either way it does not detect the NIC or the hard drive.

These are new HP 8440P laptops - both options work fine on our other laptops & desktops..
