Snap Deploy won't install on Win 2012 server

We are testing Snap Deploy 5 and it installed fine on a Win 2008 R2 server, but it never gets past installing the License server on a Win 2012 R2 server.  The server is a Hyper-V VM with 8 meg of memory.  I tried the installation twice.  I've rebooted the server.

Any ideas what's wrong?

Hello,

Unfortunately, this issue cannot be investigated on the forum. Some additional information and logs should be collected and analyzed to find out what is happening during installation. As a workaround, you may try to extract separate installation files (*.msi) and install them:

Run the Acronis Snap Deploy installer -> select "Extract installation files" from menu -> Select required components -> Specify the path to extract them -> Click "Extract" button -> Install all extracted msi files.
