SnapDeploy 3 hangs on "Loading please wait..." for dell optiplex 9020

we just replace our pc with dell optiplex 9020 & when we try to clone using SnapDeploy 3 (build 3501) it just hang on "Loading please wait..." but our old PC that is Acer M970G it's ok.

can anyone help. Thanks

Most likely this means that our Linux Based snap deploy agent does not have drivers for your new machine.
You can try to create winPE media and inject 32 bit drivers for your hardware into it. It should be able to boot fine.
