Problem: Acronis True Image 2017 don't recognizes M.2 SSD
Hi everybody!
I've a big problem with the new Dell Latitude E7470 Notebooks. They come with an M.2 SSD. I want load my newest Win10 N Images on this Notebooks, that we can work with them. I bought for that the newest True Image 2017 Edition, because Acronis said to me this Version supportet the M.2 SSDs. But no, the Acronis True Image 2017 don't recognizes the M.2 SSDs. So i can't use the Option Restore. I tried it with the normal Acronis Stick and with the WinPE Acronis Stick. Both didn't work.
What i usally did:
- Boot Acronis from Stick.
- Select Recovery / Drivers
- Choose my Dell_E7470.tib File
- Select the Target local SSD
- Complete the Steps. Finish.
My Problem now is that i can't select the Target. I't shows me just my USB Stick and the USB SSD (where the .tib files are), nowhere the local SSD.
It's necessary that i can boot from the stick.
Has anybody an idea? I think the problem are the drivers... Because i need this notebooks really importaint! Pls HELP! :)

I agree with Steve here, use the MVP ATI Media builder tool to create WinPE with injected/added drivers option selected. The tool provides for the building of 32 bit or 64 bit media so make sure you choose the right one.
