I keep getting errors when backing up to the cloud. Any ideas?

Although you are seeing errors in the backup log does the backup actually complete successfully?

If the backup does not complete then you will need to open a Support Case with Acronis to investigate the problem further.

It was not backing up successfully. We updated to the latest 2018 version and it did complete successfully. Not sure if it is a coincidence or if the issue was resolved by the update.

Wayne, thanks for the update, glad that updating to 2018 resolved this issue though not sure why that should be?  If you see any further issues, then opening a Support Case might be the way forward as only Acronis can confirm why you may be seeing errors when backing up to their Cloud storage servers.
