change language
Hello,
I'm for long time True Image (and Disk Director) user.
I always bought english versions of theses products.
Except on last november, the upgrade (True Image 2011 Home) I ordered (by error) was a french release.
So, at this moment, I said myself 'no matter, next time I'll take care of language before validation of order'.
Recently, I bought the True Image Pack Plus (I need to manage dynamic volumes on my windows 7 64bit machine ). And this is in english.
The problem is I cannot install it on TI 2011 french (PackPlus install procédure display something like 'no valid install of TI detected).
I have contacted (by the web site contact form) 1 week ago Acronis support asking the reimbursment of the wrong Pack Plus, after what I was planning to order the french Pack Plus.
First I have no answer of the support at his time.
Second, I'm now not sure Pack Plus exist in french.
So, I would like to ask Acronis to change my french TI2011 upgrade to english. I think it will be the simpler and the best.
Is it possible ?

I add that at this time I have not yet registered the TI2011 serial. may be I should have done it .
