Crazy slow recovery speed
Updating from Win7 to Win10. Used ATI to backup data volume of 2x4TB WD drives in dynamic/striped mode. 2.2TB of data. Backup on win7 to another WD disk (simple NTFS volume) took 7 hours. No problem there.
Upgraded to Win10 and tried to recover the data files - recovery data rate was ~2Mb/sec. Would take weeks at that rate! Reinstalled ATI 2015 on Win10 - same issue.
Copying a file with windows explorer from same source disk to same destination volume yields transfer rates of ~80Mb/sec so can't see an issue with drivers/DMA (yes it is on for all drives).
Please help! The data is crucial video footage for a business - I need it restored in hours, not weeks.

Try changing the priority of the recovery operation to high. True Image defaults almost everything to the lowest setting to minimize its impact on system performance.

Thanks for your thoughts Joey and Steve.
I ended up restoring the entire partition rather than doing a file revoery. Much quicker, 2.2TB recoverd in 7 hours. Very happy camper!!
cheers, Alan
