Error 1067, Acronis Managed Machine Service
Windows 7, 64-bit, Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Advanced Workstation
We've been using Acronis on this machine for about 5 years. A few days ago, the machine service stopped working. As such, we cannot connect and make backups, etc.
The Acronis client provides this error:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Error
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cannot connect to 'localhost'.

When I try to manually start the service, I receive the following:
Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly.
I used the Acronis 11 installer to "modify" the files, hoping it would refresh the files, but that made no change.
We recenlty installed a new data drive on this machine, which required updating the SATA drivers. Their software also added some Samsung drivers.
Any advice?
Thanks for your help.
Best regards,
James

Thanks, Steve. I've copied over there. I don't know how to delete this one.
