TI 2013 re-install

Thread needs solution

I have been using TI 2013 for  two years and recently it was not behaving as normal so I went to my account on Acronis website and downloaded TI 2013 which I proceeded to install and of course it uninstalled the TI 2013 (inc plus pack).  The key I inserted was got from my account on web but the reinstallation will not proceed as I am told that it is not accepted. This is quoted as my TI 2013 upgrade key.  I am on Windows 7 64 bit version on a desktop.  I have also tried inserting the plus pack upgrade key--again from web.   Can anyone help me please get TI 2013 up and running?  Incidentally I have also tried re-installing from the installation file I had downloaded in 2014 with the same result.  Thank you.

If your ATIH 2013 was an Upgrade version, then you need two serial / keys in order to install, one for the upgrade software and the second from a qualifying earlier version of ATIH.

If you cannot find other serials / keys in your Acronis Account online, then you will need to contact Acronis Support direct as we cannot resolve any licensing issues here in these user forums.

Thank you Steve for your very prompt response. I shall proceed re your comments and advise you in due course. Thanks meantime.

Hi again Steve

Your comments made me remember about Belarc Advisor and that some while back I had printed out a copy of Acronis software serials, which I have found,  and this includes TI 2009;  TI  2013 (upgrade)  and TI 2013 Plus pack.  Problem, I hope, solved when I get around to reinstallation.  Not that it changes anything but I wonder why the TI 2009 key is not also on the website because I purchased it with a CD which of course I still have but no key is on itand then of course the 2013 upgrade was downloaded from Acronis website.

But, thanks again and kind regards.

For the ATI 2009 serial, you should still be able to register it to your Acronis Account provided you haven't previously registered to a different email address to the one used by your Acronis Account.
