It looks like the drivers conflict, which can be solved by the reinstallation. Please uninstall the current version with the help of Clean Up Utility, temporary disable all third-party protection software, and run the installation once again.

I have Acronis True Image WD Edition and a have same problem, I sent the system to crash and I only work in safe mode. where can I get these drivers? or how can I remove the virtual device from the system to return to normal?
