usb-cardreader disappears in Win7 32 Bit
Hi,
I installed TrueImage 2010 (latest build) on Windows 7 Professional 32 Bit (German). Now I have the problem, that the usb-cardreader (4 drive-letters) disappears all few hours. Only booting the system brings back the drive-letters.
I know that TrueImage 2009 had this problem in an earlier build. Is this fixed in 2010 or not?
What can I do to bring back my usb-cardreader to work perfectly? When deinstalling TrueImage the reader works fine.

I have carefully searched our internal resources and found no mention of a known issue of such type. Thus the situation requires investigation. Most probably the issue is related to some SnapAPI issues, so let's do the following:
- Update SnapAPI with collecting its log
This may help to resolve the issue, and I would appreciate if you could check after the update whether the problem is present. Should it persist, gathered log will show us more details - Acronis Info from the machine in question
