How do I troubleshoot Acronis Backup & Recovery Linux backups?

Getting these errors on and off--see below. Very intermittent! Where are the logs located? What services need to be running? Just basically, how do i troubleshoot these random problems? Never was an issue with previous versions!

If you can browse product's logs or logs for specific activity using GUI console there may be some clues.
