My solution:
Acronis Management server \ Tools \ Install Acronis components \ Add machine to list \ laptopname \ Status = No components installed \ Next \ x Acronis Backup 11.7 Agent for Windows x Acronis Backup 11.7 Management Console \ Next \ x Use license from the following license server \ Next \ Next \ Next \ Next \
     # Terminate Acronis install process:
     "Acronis Management server" cmd> taskkill /S laptopname /IM acroinst.exe /F
\ Proceed \ Close

Acronis components successfully installed to agent machine "laptopname" and agent is added to Acronis Management server.

Well You're a Lifesaver! Check with two Acronis Tech and they didn't know how to resolve it.  One just disconnected half-way through the process. 03056432...fail....Thank you Rebex!

This is also why everyone else is switching to Veeam.
