[SOLVED] Exchange 2013 restore failing Multiple errors

Thread needs solution

I have a new install of Exchange 2013, running a 3 server DAG. I am testing the functionality of acronis, having issues. It appears to do a backup just fine. I delete a mailbox, set up the restore job, and get the following errors:

Hi!
When you delete mailbox you also deleted user in Active Directory. You should create this user in Active Directory.
Next time you can just disable mailbox (mailbox will be deleted, but user still will be in AD)

OK, thank you for the advice. I tried just disabling an account. Get a different error this time. Now these are new mailboxes, just created them. I did not send or receive any messages from the account.

Problem solved. It appears that the biggest issue was that this was a very clean exchange 2013 installation, there were only a couple of test email boxes on the server and that was it. The software was looking for the exchange administrator account to be on the new server. I moved it from the 2010 server to the 2013 server, and was able to browse a user's mailbox and ultimately restore individual emails.
