More 12.5 pecularities with email reports

I'm running 12.5 on a windows server 2012 and backup two ESXi 6.5 hosts. I receive an email for each vm on one host, which tells me that a backup hasn't been started for unknown reasons. In total 10 identical emails like that:
If I click on show details, I see no errors! In fact, the backup was executed, but 2h later (the job started at 02:00).
Maybe that's related to my other issue with the scheduler time zone.
Acronis: Please send one email per agent if a job could not be started.

Hello,
I have the same behaviour. Beside the notifications about jobs not started, what it's not clear to me is why the backup plan is starting two hours later than scheduled time. I planned the job to start at 21.00 but it actually starts ath 23.00.
Time zone is correctly set on AMS and on agent.
And I didn't receive the success notification email at the end.
