B&R fails on both scheduled and manual backup

Thread needs solution

I'm getting the following error on my B&RAdWrksttn:

System is running win 7 64-bit and both AMS and license server all on same box as the ABR software. Backing up files only to a centralized vault.

Tried stopping and restarting the acronis services, deleted and reconfigured the backup job. Any suggestions?

Another scheduled task using ABR doesn't have any issues. It is volume/disk backup job using Acronis Secure zone.

Thank you for bringing up this issue, I will do my best to assist you.

Most likely this issue is related to Acronis Scheduler Service default timeout, however, we do not have any known problems like this. I would really appreciate if you can provide me with additional information regarding it.

At what point of the backup do you get this error message? Immediately? Half-way? Towards the end?

Can you please navigate either, through the GUI to the centralized vault location and check if that backup has been created. Alternatively, you can browse for it in the centralized vault folder, but if there are many backups you may have problems finding it because of the Acronis specific file names.

It will also help us to determine the exact cause of this issue if you can create an AcronisInfo report from that machine as well as Process Monitor logs. You will need to start the Process Monitor utility right before this error message so that it can capture the relevant information.
