Question about a credential error

Thread needs solution

I know the error is with credentials and the KB article just says to enter in the correct ones. But I do not know how to find the right ones to use as the normal login info on both PC's do not work.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated

I see in the error it’s reporting it’s not able to connect to drive ‘Z:’ is this perhaps a mapped network drive you are trying to backup to?

If this is the case please use the full UNC path instead of a mapped network drive. Acronis needs to run as its own user to ensure you get a backup weather you are logged into your PC or not. Due to this it’s always best to use the full UNC path name eg, \\NETWORKDEVICE\NetworkShare, this should hopefully fix up the errors you are getting above.
