Mobile backup, invalid QR code

Thread needs solution

Hello,

I want to backup my Samsung phone to my PC and I always get the error message "invalid QR code".

I have installed the Acronis Mobile app on the phone and use Acronis True Image 2021.

Also, make sure you are applying the correct QR code. Please carefully review this user guide: https://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/AcronisMobile/#63504.html?Highlight=qr%20code.

(If the code is correct and not working, ensure that the time in the authenticator mobile app is synced with your device.)
