Purchased 3 user Acronis True Image 2016 just over a month ago installed on 2 Windows 7 machines and 1 Windows 10.

Had notification of update to build 6027 this week and updated the two Windows 7 computers, but failed with the Windows 10 computer with the message "installation has failed, fatal error during installation"

Any ideas please

At the fourth attempt it looks as though build 6027 now works on the Windows 10 computer.... fingers crossed!!
