ATI2020 Build 38600 on Windows 10: "Clean up versions" shows error

Thread needs solution

I recieve the same error prompt for two backup schemes, which are set to save on an external HDD:

The specified file does not exist.

More information about this error and solutions may be available online in the Acronis Knowledge Base.
To access the online resource manually, enter the event code at: https://kb.acronis.com/errorcode/
Event code: 0x006400E3+0x00040011+0x00040011

One of the backup schemes I've unscheduled in favor of the other, but am hesitant to completely delete them all yet. The Recovery tab on the launcher program shows files, in both Backup schemes.  Also, the .tibx files are still on the external.  The only time I've ever deleted Backups has been through the "Clean up versions" option.

Entering the error code yields "We don't yet have a dedicated article for the issue you are experiencing. Here are our suggestions for further troubleshooting".  This is on the latest build.  I've attached a screenshot of the prompt.  I really don't want to use "Cloud" backup.

Ed, welcome to these public User Forums.

Have you tried performing a Validation for each of your backup tasks to see if that throws up any errors or issues?

Hi Steve

I have done Validation a couple times.  Obviously I've neglected this post since, and the problems were resolved over a ticket.  The 'solution' to all these problems was just re-installing the latest version of ATI2020 (and 'adding existing Backup').
