Message I00100I000 The last volume tracker checkpoint created for volume 'F:' belongs to a different backup plan

Can I please ask what the following message found in the ATI 2020 Log means; and what are its implication (among other on the reliability of the Backup and on the performance of the backup):
02.02.2020 15:26:00: 00 11756 I00100000: The last volume tracker checkpoint created for volume 'F:' belongs to a different backup plan
What are volume tracker checkpoints?
The above english text is my own approximative translation of the following german text in the german message
02.02.2020 15:26:00: 00 11756 I00100000: Der zuletzt erstellte Volume Tracker-Prüfpunkt für das Volume 'F:' gehört zu einem anderen Backup-Plan.

Can I please also ask another (perhaps related) question : Can i have two different Incremental Volume Backups defined for the same Volume? For example: one Backup used for my regular weekly Sunday Backups of a Volume that I need to rely on; and another Bayckup used for testing?
If for example on Monday and on the following Wednesday I use the second Backup defiintion for some tests, will that impact the reliability or the performance of my sunday weekly Backups?
And finally another question: Can I find somewhere good explations for most messages that are written to the ATI log?
Thanks a lot in advance
