Acronis True Image acts as if I never bought it, (which I did).

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I have had a working version of Acronis True Image 2014 for over two years.  Suddenly it acts as though I never initiated the purchase of the full version.

Instead, I get the following interface page, which I have attached.

Does anyone have any suggestions regarding what I need to do to re-initiate the full working version of the software I purchased?  Please note that even after I login with my account the behavior of the interface is the same.  I am locked out of the functionality of the software.

Update.  I uninstalled and reinstalled, and the result is the same: "Get Started" is active, but tabs with functionality are not.

Question: Is there an expiration date on use of software?  This is Acronis 2014.  I'm feeling a bit jipped as I can't get any support for this sitatuation, and at the same time Acronis 2014 is suddenly inoperable after having worked (untouched) for nearly two years.

Any thoughts / feedback, most appreciated!

Perhaps you might try the Cleanup Utility to uninstall and then try again. https://kb.acronis.com/content/34876 The DL link is half way down the page.

What you describe is normal. Click some of the option along the top such as Backup & Recovery and you will be back in familiar territory.
