Completing processes etc
So many problems. Firstly I go to my account to update to the latest update but it only shows 2010 but does not show up the 2012 version I have purchased from here. It does show it in orders(what ever that means). So I can't update it.
Secondly lately when I close down my computer it says something about completing processes and stays like that for about 30 minutes EVERYTIME I shut down. At first I thought it was Windows but I googled it and found lots of talk about it being caused by Acronis Image dating back to 2010 but still not fixed.
Thirdly Acronis True image keeps high lighting a message saying it can't backup some folder but I can't get it to stop doing it. I click and tell it to ignore but it just keeps asking.
That said a few fantastic improvents like being able to hit f11 to run restore at startup. Would be good if it linked straight to your backup and asked if you want to run it but no biggy.

Ok I now have version 6154 but it is still happening. This program is making my computer unusable. I have had to restore the computer as I had to force it to shut down as I needed on my computer and it was doing this 'Operations are in progress, please wait'. This caused it to corupt windows.
I don't understand why ATI still has this bug after so long.
The message you asked about is failed to backup "Backupscriptengine@ wmp_12"

Hi, Scott,
we cannot localize the issue without the logs. According to the Development team the issue is fixed in the latest update, so something else might be causing it.
Please send us Acronis Info from the problem machine as I initially requested, it will help us to find the root of the issue, and fix it.
Thank you.
