How do I cancel online backup?
I'm on the month-to-month plan and no longer need to use the online backup. Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to delete the subscription. The following page says I just need to click the Delete Subscription button:

The problem is that I don't have a Delete Subscription button as shown on that page on my account. Is there something I need to do to activate that button? Very confused.

How do i cancel my subscription.
You may have a great product, i can't confirm since i was never able to navigate to the back up process.
Please advise how i can cancel, i can't find that either.

How do I cancel on line backup subscription, I followed the link to subscription page but cannot alter or cancel anything on that page. The only thing I can change is from monthly to annual payment. Please help as I don,t need this online backup.

I checked your account and found out that you have a trial subscription. The option Delete subscription is not available to trial subscriptions.

I want to cancel my subsription. I have a new computer and neve installed it but I am still being billed. When I go to the customer service page, the form wants a build number which I cannot find. If I check my order status, it shows the amount paid ($49) and the SN. but no build number. I can't submit the request without it.
I no longer have access to the install or the download.

I found out how to get my build code and had a chat. Turns out, the billing was another vendor with a simillar coding. My Acronis licens is perpetual and not autobilled. Thanks for the reply.
