Receive error 0XA3EB reboot required while trying to restore hard disk image

Thread needs solution

I have Arconis True image 11. I am trying to restore the c drive image that I have stored on my z drive. When i go to restore it i receive a message ( 1,003 0XA3EB) saying that a reboot is required before the restore can be completed. When i click reboot, the pc reboots and an empty progress bar appears. Nothing happen for a few seconds and then it loads windows (not the restored disk image that i want it too). Please help.

Have you tried using the Recovery CD?

When I use the recovery cd i cannot access my z drive where i have my backup files stored....

If you're not using the latest build of TI 11 (8,101), you could try it and see if it finds the drive.

If the Z: drive is an internal drive, you could try the SafeMedia (Safe Mode) version of TI.

Also, have you downloaded the ISO file from your Acronis account and created a CD from it? It should contain more updated drivers and may properly detect your drive.

Downloading the latest build and iso file now

I tried using the safe mode version and my mouse would not work.

For the Safe Mode version, do you have the Legacy USB option enabled in the BIOS?
