Recover
I want to recover a Daily Backup. The date I want to recover is November 16, 2013.
The problem I am having is when I select recover, it only shows September 22, 2013.
I looked on my backup files on my exterior backup storage unit, and it defenity shows November, 16, 2013 file from Acronis backup.
Any suggestions as to how I can recover the Acronis file that is on my backup device?

I tried this procedure earlier and a dialog box opens and all it say's "Searching for Versions". It does not Recover

sorry it is my fault, I missed one step:
right click on the required backup file => True Image => Archive => Recover
Please check if it works this way for you. If it doesn't, please validate the backup.

I followed your instructions and when I validate, it opens the full window of Acronis but the buttons "Backup Now" and Recover are greyed out and do not work when I select them

Ok, and what happens if you hover mouse over the "backup now" and "recovery" buttons?
Have you already tried to select recovery (not validation) right clicking on the backup file?

Hello Hank,
I meant again right click on the required backup file => True Image => Archive => Recover
This action is supposed to open Acronis Backup Explorer window.
