Rescue CD freeze computer

Hi,

A few years ago, I bought True Image 9 ref 7347 from Micro Applications. I try to register it on your site to get some help but I couldn't, too old version. It work fine but my computer die and I bought a new one. I was unable to work with the rescue Cd.
I went on the site of my hard drive ( Sata II ) Western Digital to see if I could get help and I download a free full version of Acronis True Image WD edition and still the Cd rescue doesn't work.

Can someone from Acronis help me please

Seems a lot of old stuff to work with here and its well before my time with True Image. However, you don't say if you have tib backup files from your original TI9 backups. Which rescue cd version were you using or are you using. I seem to remember V10 does not read V9. What is WD edition?

When you say the CD doesn't work, do you mean it doesn't boot or after it boots, the menu items do not perform what they should?

With the Rescue Cd

after it boots, the menu items do not perform what they should.

I have the menu items, 1: start TI; 2 :Start Windows

The 2nd choice is OK, start Windows

The 1st choice: The first blue screen appear displaying ACONIS TRUE IMAGE WD EDITION

in the middle of the screen, and after, no menu, just a black screen and nothing. I have to reset the computer.

MB: Asus P5QL PRO 2 Go

GC: Gforce 9500 GT 1Go

Hi,

As for ATI 9, with the CD rescue, I clic the complete mode (1st choice)

and choose Sauvegarde

up to where they ask me to choose between: disques durs et partitions

              and                                                    fichiers et dossiers

When I choose one or the other, It bring me a box alert saying:

E000101F4: TrueImage n'a détecté aucun lecteur de disque dur

In english (TrueImage didn't detect any hard disk)
