TI Home Upgrade Deal

Thread needs solution

On 11-22-09 I upgraded to TI Home for $29.90. On 11-25-09 I got 3 emails from Acronis telling me about an upgrade offer of TI Home plus the Upgrade Protection for $29.98.

I really think that the Upgrade Protections should be added to my account.

If you want some response from Acronis, my recommendation is that you locate a postings by support and send them a Private Message from that post with the details of your transaction--such a date and serial number, place of purchase, etc.

Their private message icon is just under their user name on any posting by support.
