True Image 2010 won't start
Hello:
I recently upgraded one of our office machines to TI2010 with the Plus Pack and I had to use it to recover an image. The drive had two partitions. After backing up the files and data on drive D: (the second partition), since recovery wants the whole drive not just a C: partition, I got the image installed without difficulty. I used Disk Director to get the D: partition back.
But when I tried to start TI2010 from the WinXP desktop (to restore the D: data back), I received a Windows error - the usual apology and send or don't send. Rebooting and even running in Safe Mode, even after running the Repair (install) for TI2010 did not make any difference. The technical data is several pages long - a memory dump. (BTW, the reason for the recovery turned out to be hardware not software - a bad memory stick)
I have the serial numbers of TI Home 11, the TI2010 upgrade and the Plus Pack. My question is how to go about uninstalling-reinstalling without loosing the use of my serial numbers - ie, I don't want to have to buy new licenses ?
TIA
Jamie
