TrueImage 2013 fails
Thread needs solution
I'm using build 6514.
I did a backup on a hard drive using a NexStar USB adapter.
No error messages occurred.
Now I'm trying to restore that backup to a brand new hard drive, and each time I try, it just says it failed, without any clue about why it failed.
So now I've tried to do a Clone operation instead of a recovery, and it fails as well, telling me to look at the log. I can't find any log file in the Acronis folder. I'm running Windows 7 Pro.
I know there have been issues with this source hard drive, requiring chkdsk fixes. That's why I am trying to replace it.
What should I try next?
