Hi all, I figured I would see if someone here might be able to help. Using TI2020 on a Windows10 laptop backing up to an external 2TB USB3 hard drive I started getting the error message in the subject. I have a number of full backups on the USB hard drive which now fail. I tried cleaning old backups in the event there was a space issue but got the not found error. Searching the error code comes up with nothing. Possibly related I got a window to update my rescue kit which failed a couple times prior to getting this error. I only remove old backups thru the cleanup option, never delete manually. This happened once before, I believe under TI2019 and I deleted all backups and just started new ones. Having to delete my backups in order to make a backup is not acceptable so I hope someone may have some ideas to fix this aside from deleting everything again. ALL software is up to date. Thanks for any suggestions.

Thank you, I will run the tool and get back. I've been running ATI for a few years and it's bailed me out of a few problems along the way, probably not new news here!

I was starting up my backup job to capture the logs with the log viewer when something caught my eye. The letter windows assigned to my usb backup drive did not match the setting in TI. I changed the destination drive/ letter and my previous backups showed when I started 'clean versions' as a test. I started the backup and it ran OK. Somehow I didn't notice the change, probably because all I normally do is start the backup- OPERATOR ERROR !!
My best guess on the drive letter is I had a second partition on my C drive which I removed the assigned letter for, leaving it basically abandoned. Whatever the case, I really appreciate the helpful advice. Thank you.

Ralph, always glad that issues are resolved regardless of the solution! Thanks for the feedback.
