Registering Cyber Protect Home Office

Thread needs solution

I am not able to obtain support because apparently I have not registered a product that is essentially a subscription. Seems a bit unhinged for me to have to register a product when its a subscription (and the developer has all of my information anyway) but I am nevertheless willing to do so but have yet to find a way to do so. All of the Help articles I have come across don't seem to provide a path for me to actually register the product. I need to get support so that I can continue with my subscription until I ditch it at the end of the year.

I have had nothing but issues with this software and regret having ever moved away from Time Machine, which is not an endorsement of TM as much as it is a thumbsdown for this flakly software.

So if you have any recommendations on how I can register this product and/or get support, please advise.

If not, please direct me to the customer service contact so that I can request a full refund.

thank you for your posting! I've checked your account and see that your subscription license is correctly shown under your account. To contact Acronis support, just navigate to the Support tab at the left navigation column and select Technical assistance category - you'll see the available support channels (phone, chat, email).
