Аgent is not working in windows 7 SP1

Thread needs solution

Installed Acronis B&R Advanced Server v.10.0.12703 on Server 2008 R2. Install the agent on a workstation with windows 7 SP1, the server can not connect to the agent. Install the agent on windows 7 without SP1, it works.
Workstations in the domain, the firewall is disabled, a domain administrator account.
As a result, found SP1 to be installed after installing the agent.

From my experience this issue can be caused by either incorrect credentials or incorrect permissions for the user under which Acronis services are running.

Uninstall Acronis.
Install ABR v.13544. Install the agent on Win7 and Win7SP1.
The server can not access the agent installed on Win7SP1. Agent installed on Win7 without SP1 works.
Report on problemma (AcronisInfo) sent in support.
