Backup failed, A required privilege is not held by the client

I've just installed Backup 12 and created some backup tasks. I'm having an issue where all the tasks fail with permission/privilege errors. Below is the log file. Thank you for any help you can provide.

I've run/created the tasks as domain admin, with a backup account, with/without application aware and/or attempted to run them on local or network storage and they all fail with the privilege error. This is running on a Server 2012 R2 Domain Controller.
