Error: after update Acronis Management Console to Acronis Backup 12.5 Build: 10130

Thread needs solution

After I updated the Acronis Management Console 12.5 from build 9010 to 10130, I cannot run the backup plan or even create new backup plan.

When I run the Backup Plan:

TOL: Failed to execute the command. Starting the tasks on remote machines

GroupManager HTTP request failed. Request: GET http://127.0.0.1:30680/group_manager/v1/groups/6F5BCCF7-B81B-1796-23AC-… HTTP/1.1 Authorization: Bearer eyJhbGciOiJIUzI1NiIsInR5cCI6IkpXVCJ9.eyJzZXJ2aWNlIjoiQU1TIiwidHJ1c3RlZCI6dHJ1ZX0 X-Apigw-Tenant-Id: 0 X-Apigw-Tenant-Locator: / "" , response: 503

FEHLER

Die angeforderte URL konnte nicht gefunden werden

Der folgende Fehler wurde beim Versuch die URL http://127.0.0.1:30680/group_manager/v1/groups/6F5BCCF7-B81B-1796-23AC-…? zu holen festgestellt:

Verbindung zu 127.0.0.1 Fehlgeschlagen.

Das System antwortete: (111) Connection refused

Der Zielhost oder das Zielnetzwerk ist momentan nicht verfügbar. Bitte wiederholen sie die Anfrage.

i have the same problem and i cant see my serial number into the configuration panel ?

RestAPI call POST to 'http://127.0.0.1:30443/v1/entitlements/features_query' failed (addresses: '127.0.0.1').

Can you help me ?
