Access denied message when restoring files
Running Backup and Recovery 11 Build 11.0.17437 on Win 2008 Server R2. When trying to restore folders, using the wizard, to an external hard drive I receive the following error

I cannot find mms_vs on the machine and there is no details logged anywhere on what it was trying to do when the restore was denied access.
I have tried running the task as both the administrator id on the machine and the id that is used with acronis and I receive the same error message

There are so many files to restore that drag and drop is too time consuming, we were hoping to get the restore process to work so that we can kick it off in the middle of the night and have it take care of itself.
This is the first restore we've needed to do a restore so there is noting to compare this restore back to. Backups were working fine but are now paused so that the we can restore the data before it gets overwritten.
The account that is running the restore has full read/write access to the program folder and sub folders

I tried another archive and it failed as well, same reason

As a last resort you can recover using bootable media (on some other machine), it supports file restore too.

As it doesn't work on the latest backups, what do I have to do to make the software viable going forward. As it stands the software is useless

You can try to install it on some other machine or reinstall on this one.
