Aronis Agent 10 on Remote PC can not connect to License Server
I having problem to have my remote PC Acronis Agent 10 to connect to Acronis License Server
I just upgrade my ETI Workstation to ABR 10 Advance Workstation
I have follow the instruction on your KB to perform the upgrade and everything is went fine but i having problem for my remote PC Acronis Agent to connect to Acronis License Server to retrieve its License Key respectively
Attach are the screen shot i have from the management console and License Server
I hope someone can guide me on how to let my remote PC Acronis Agent to retrieve their license key respectively

Hi,
I've 2 issues.
1- I've scheduled My Acronis Server to backup nodes (Serves and Pcs) but, during the execution time the back up is not executed. the error log file is showing "Unable to access the license".
2- When I'm doing the backup manually, it is executing but the Warining error is generated ( file attched).
The Anti-virus used in my network is McAfee.

Welcome to Acronis user forums! To exclude any misscommunication between Acronis components make sure the following requirements are met:
- All Acronis services and executables should be added to the list of exclusions in anti-virus software (Here you can find guidelines for specific security programs);
- Acronis services are running under accounts with sufficient privileges (Are there any stopped services? Any Acronis related errors in Windows Event viewer?);
- If the Agent still fails to get information about the licenses available in Acronis License Server, please follow the article Acronis Backup Advanced: License Server Unavailable or Scheduled Licence Check Failed
