Cant install Backup and recovery 11 on SBS2003

I cant install the product on my SBS2003 server.

When installing the agent core, i get the error 013795831 and the installation is rolling back.

Heres my logs.

According to the MSI log you've kindly provided, the installer errors out: 

1: MSIGEN:AddUserToLocalGroup: add user 'msjdc\Acronis19E85EF05A0E9' to the group 'Opérateurs de sauvegarde' failed with error '' (1313728)
...
1: MSIGEN:CreateNewUser: failed

As a workaround I would suggest you to specify the account that already exists (it should have admin rights), this can solve the issue.

If the problem remains, please re-gather the MSI log and attach it to the main thread dedicated to the installation issues with Acronis Corporate products.
