I'm getting the following error on my jobs

The backup job is basically reporting that the user credentials to connect to your Acronis Storage server are not correct.

Please could you double check that the backup destination credentials you have entered with your backup job are to access the Acronis Storage Node (server). Please note if for example your vault storage is located on a NAS unit this is not the username/password you’re backup job required it required the username/password to access the Acronis Storage node, the storage node is what authenticates with the NAS unit.
